Custom Tailoring Policy

Since every garment at Silai.pk is custom-stitched based on your specific requirements and measurements, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation policy.

1. Finality of Orders

Once an order is confirmed and the fabric has been cut, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We encourage all customers to participate in the initial WhatsApp consultation to ensure every detail is correct before we begin.

2. Alterations

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If there is a minor fit issue, we offer a one-time free alteration service. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to our workshop.

3. Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a garment with a major manufacturing defect (not related to measurements), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a case-by-case review.

Global Delivery

We ship worldwide from our Lahore workshop via express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure your garments reach you safely and quickly.

1. Shipping Timelines

• Standard Stitching: 10-14 business days + 3-5 days shipping.
• Express Stitching: 4-7 business days + 3-5 days shipping.

2. Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Silai.pk has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

3. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and Email. You can also track your progress in real-time on our Tracking Page.

At Silai.pk, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and measurements when you place an order.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to process your orders, provide customer support, and send you updates about your garments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Payment information is handled through secure encrypted gateways.

Agreement

By using Silai.pk, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Orders

All garments are custom-made. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Silai.pk is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

2. Fabric Responsibility

If you are shipping fabric to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs and ensuring the fabric reaches our workshop. We are not liable for parcels lost in transit to us.

3. Payment

Full payment or a minimum 50% deposit is required before we begin stitching. The balance must be cleared before the final shipment.
